Located in the mountains, perfect for outdoor lovers. the food was fresh and delicious, offered different options every day. the staff was friendly and attentive, making you feel welcomed.
Dinner hours were inconvenient for families with young children. the crowds during dinner made it a stressful experience.

The food was excellent, even though it was a buffet. The staff, especially the F&B manager, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel also offers a small family and stroller-friendly hike up the mountain, with a delicious mountain lunch "picnic" included. The indoor and outdoor pools and slides kept my kids entertained, but there is also a great playground and "abenteuerspielplatz" on the grounds. Additionally, the hotel provides packed lunches for hikers and those with long drives back home. A unique feature inside the hotel is an interactive wooden ball track that spans two stories along the stairs.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located on its own slope, making it easy to access the ski rental. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with clean and spacious bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, going out of their way to assist guests, especially the ski instructors who are warm, friendly, and speak English. the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel provides facilities such as pools, slides, and a playground to keep both children and adults entertained.
One negative aspect is the limited dinner hours for kids, which may not be suitable for families with young children.

The food at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options available even though it was a buffet. The staff, especially the F&B manager, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We also loved the family-friendly activities, such as the small hike up the mountain with a picnic lunch. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby hiking trails, outdoor playgrounds, and even a gondola ride to explore the area.
The dinner hours at the hotel were not ideal, especially for families with young children. The kids' dinner time was limited and offered only junk food options.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated on its own slope, which was so convenient for ski rental and getting straight onto the slopes. The service was impeccable, with housekeeping always ensuring the rooms were spotless. The hotel had a variety of shops and commercial services, including laundry, making everything so convenient. The airport shuttle was a great bonus, making my travel to and from the hotel seamless. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel even offered tours and ticket assistance, providing great convenience for exploring the area.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
